We have three super duper themed Clubs for your child to enjoy as part of their Treasure Trail experience.
Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.

Before you set off on your awesome adventure to explore Folkestone, there are a few things you need to know…
PLEASE NOTE - The Harbour Arm is open from dawn to dusk (and generally later on Fridays and Saturdays) but can be closed off completely during inclement weather.
The route isn’t friendly for wheelchair users or pushchairs due to very narrow pavements and steep hills and steps encountered along the way.
Bring your four-legged friends along! The Trail passes near a few beaches where your dogs may be able to have a run around, but we recommend double-checking any local bylaws.
You have a few options for parking near to the start of this Trail. The closest is Shellons Street car park, (CT20 1BP), It's not very large, so may fill quickly in peak seasons and also may not be the cheapest option but it's only a 2 minute walk away from the start point at the Folkestone Museum and Visitor Information Centre on Guildhall Street, (CT20 1DY). (Click here for directions from this car park.)
Larger, cheaper alternative parking can be found at Middleburg Square, (CP20 1AU) which is a 5 minute walk away (Click here for directions from this car park). There is also NCP Folkestone at Bouverie Place, (CT20 1AU), a 3 minute walk away from the start point - and perhaps a great option if you wish to indulge in some retail therapy once you've completed your quest! (Click here for directions from this car park).
There are some fantastic events in Folkestone's calendar, particularly at the Harbour Arm, all of which are great times to visit. However, you may find that some of the clues on this Trail become obstructed or difficult to access on these occasions. Please check for events before setting off.
There are public toilets available at the bus station close to the start of the Trail, at the Harbour Arm midway through and at Fishmarket, towards the end. (Click here for further details of public toilet facilities throughout Folkestone.) The route passes several great cafes, bars, and shops along the way. There is also Bouverie Place Shopping Centre which is close to the start and end points as well.
