We have three super duper themed Clubs for your child to enjoy as part of their Treasure Trail experience.
Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.

Before you set off on your awesome adventure to explore Bude (Porthbud), there are a few things you need to know...
Unfortunately, the route of this Trail isn't wheelchair or pushchair accessible due to difficult, uneven terrain encountered throughout the Trail.
This Trail is mostly dog-friendly, so you can also bring your four-legged friends along! One clue however is set in a small area that dogs are not allowed to enter, so please bear this in mind before setting off. Please note that parts of the Trail are along main roads, so dogs will need to be kept on leads for these sections.
The best car park to use is the Crescent Long Stay Car Park, (EX32 8LE), which is just a one-minute walk away from the start point of the Trail, which is at Bude Tourist Information Centre.
There are some fantastic events in Bude's calendar, all of which are great times to visit this beautiful town. However, you may find that some of the clues on this Trail may become obstructed or difficult to access on these occasions. We recommend checking for events before you set off on your investigation.
There are public toilets available in the car park at the beginning and again in the car park at the end of the Trail. The route passes several shops, pubs and a few cafes along the way, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to stock up on snack as you patrol.
Looking for more things to do in Bude? Why not make a day of it and visit Bude Castle to learn more twisting tales about its history, or pack a picnic and a bucket and spade to train for your next treasure hunt down at the beach! If you're feeling REALLY brave, you could even pack your swimming costume for a dip in the Sea Pool afterwards - ideal for cooling off after building up all that heat on the beat!
