Before You Embark on Your Bishop Auckland mystery…
Here are a few handy tips to make your investigation go even smoother:
Easy to Navigate - The route is navigable for wheelchair users and pushchairs, following pavements and well-maintained paths. Just a heads-up - there are a couple of steep inclines and some gravelly sections along the way. There are dropped kerbs available at all crossing points.
Bring Your Furry Sidekicks – While much of the Trail winds through the town centre, there is one park (Town Recreation Ground) where your canine companions might get the chance for a run. Just check any local bylaws before you let them loose.
Parking? Sorted! – The largest car park option that is closest to the start point is North Bondgate (DL14 7PE) - there are a few smaller, cheaper options dotted around the town if you wanted to save a few quid (but these might be busy).
Need the Loo? – Facilities are available at:
The Bus Station near Clue 03
Newgate Shopping Centre at Clue 16
