We're proud to be in the record books!
It all happened back in June 2012 when Team London Ambassadors set a new World Record for 'most participants in a treasure hunt', in association with Treasure Trails.
466 participants gathered at City Hall in London before embarking on the two mile Trail based on twelve clues along both sides of the River Thames. The previous record was set only in April of that year in the USA with 308 participants.
The event, organised by London & Partners, was part of World Record London in the run-up to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Working with Treasure Trails Greater London, Team London Ambassadors aimed to beat the current world record for the 'Most participants in a treasure hunt game', whilst creating a unique pre-Games team-building opportunity.
Well done to all those that took part!
