We have three super duper themed Clubs for your child to enjoy as part of their Treasure Trail experience.
Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.

Before you set off on your awesome adventure, there are a few things you need to know...
The churchyard is open only from 7.00am-6.00pm on weekdays, and from 5.30-6pm on Saturdays, so give yourselves plenty of time to solve the clues.
Unfortunately, the route is not marked as friendly for wheelchair users due to some unavoidable steep hills. Those with light pushchairs should find this manageable.
We don't recommend bringing your four-legged friends along for this mission, as you'll be walking besides busy roads for the majority of the route. For a more dog-friendly adventure, try the Old St Albans treasure hunt Trail!
The closest long stay pay and display car park to the Trail start point is at Christopher Place (AL3 5DQ), just a two-minute walk away.
There are some fantastic events in St Albans' calendar, all of which are great times to visit this historic city. However, you may find that some of the clues on this Trail may become obstructed or difficult to access on these occasions. If you would like further information about event dates, please contact St Albans' Tourist Information.
There are public toilets available towards the beginning and the middle of the Trail, and the route passes several pubs and a few cafes along the way.
Why not make a day of it and peek inside the cathedral, or pay a visit to the Verulamium Museum to uncover more twisting tales from the city's past? If you're up for a challenge and a touch of adventure, you could tackle our Old St Albans treasure hunt Trail!
